I like the cold feeling of the picture, and the contrast between snow and the Torii. Also, human-made thing against nature are always stunning. Great shot and composition :)

it's wonderful how it stands out in the snow. other people might have needed to use photoshop to make it work but this is authentic and therefore better :P

Well thats good, I'm here for free. You studying? look for exchange/scholarships, you not? look at rotary or something. Or you could just save some money, come over and start working to extent your stay.

the thing is I'm studying, but still I probably wouldn't be able to get a scholarship at a community college. .-P

I don't really have an experience.

Read up about it, its all on that site. You need no teaching expeirience, only fluency in English and the desire to enjoy living in Japan.
