I feel dirty submitting this, its definately not what I usually like. But I have to, because its such a well composed photo imo.
The emotion in this photo to me is very strong, anything sitting on my eye, dead or alive just gives me the creeps.
The whole idea behind this photo however is to portray the futility of life, and of course the life cycle in a morbid way. Please look up the title 'Pavane' for more irony.
This is why I submitted this to Conceptual, if someone thinks it should be in insects Ill be happy to change it.
The photo itself is a dead rabbit I found in the nature reserve next door, seemed to have died of a snake bite as it was sprawled across the path, and there was no visible wound.
So yeah, this is a bit different to what I usually submit, and very different to what I usually like to see on devart, but I do know that many people on here adore this kind of thing, so here we go.
