Well seeing as you guys went absolutely crazy about my recent piece [link] I thought I might submit a similar piece I took while visiting Victoria.

Taken in the Grampians, Victoria, Australia, Early Morning.

When I first glanced over the thumbnail of this photo it gave me shivers. One, because it is an amazing shot. And two, it sort of creeps me out - in a good way. It looked almost ghost-like.
Then when I opened it, I got even more of a ghost vibe. This may certaintly not have been the intention of the photo. But when I look into the shadow in the light, I can see a figure.
The dark and 'gloomy' colours add to this feeling. The secluded forest road. The light at the end. It's very surreal.
You have captured this moment beautifully.

Amazing view! I love the composition as well as the misty atmosphere. Light, monochromatic tones, the fading figure are great.

such a ghostly shot
very eerie, this really inspires me to keep writing a story of mine.
Such a fantastic shot and that 'figure' makes the image even more creepy
