I really like this shot in its composition, with the depth of the close foreground and the distant background, it makes for interesting images.
However, I'm just not a fan of only the red showing through. Although it gives it a bit of an "artsy" style, it's also a little "gimmicky" I'm sorry to say.
Not only that, the parts that are red aren't all that interesting in this particular image. I think if only the structure in the middle and in the background would be red, it would have had a more "special" effect, as it would've stood out more being the only thing in red.
Personally I would've liked it more if it were all in the low saturation with the slight brownish color, if not fully colored.
