On my way back to Adelaide from my trip around Kanagroo Island, I stopped off at the Myponga resevoir dam just in time to catch a rainbow

That is such a beautiful photo. That hill looks gigantic. I would love to visit Australia in the summer. That's when it's cooler, isn't it? Summer in the northern hemisphere is winter in the southern one, right? You're lucky.. :]

Why are we lucky? All our media and alot of our culture comes from America, despite what people say, so we still see snowmen and such scenes all throughout our very hot summers (we just had a record equalling streak of 40C+ days this summer) and beach scenes in winter.

But then again we do have the pleasure of having outdoor BBQs for christmas and a school year that takes up a full year rather than half of 2. Makes much more sense.
