How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Went to the South Australian AIPP Professional Photography awards dinner last night at expense of my table tennis night, and found out I had come third in the race for Student photographer of the year. Huzzah. No announcement, or prize though.. NEXT YEAR!

Especially since I'm apparently going to be mentored next year by David Evans [link] who became, not just landscape photographer of the year, but illustrative as well, and took out the overall professional photographer of the year award. So looking forward to that.

My tutor was quite happy that she won portrait photographer of the year. She's been doing what she does for 20 years, and she had never won a gold award before, let alone a gold distinction and a category photographer of the year award

So she was pretty happy. Another student of hers, Ross Daly, who happens to be the model in my recent photo [link] won Student photographer of the year.

But right now I really need to do some homework..
